Can I use Arabic or other languages?

Yes. Text is shown with your browser's fonts, so Arabic and other scripts display correctly in the PDF.

Is this a legally compliant tax invoice?

It includes the fields invoices normally need, but tax rules differ by country. Check your local requirements or ask your accountant.
