About this tool

Scanned pages often arrive sideways, upside down or in the wrong order. Rotate them, drop the blank or duplicate ones and drag them into the right sequence, then save a clean PDF.

How it works
  1. Open a PDF — every page appears as a thumbnail.
  2. Rotate pages, mark pages to delete, and move pages left or right.
  3. Save the fixed PDF.
Questions
Does rotating lose quality?

No. The page is only marked as rotated; the content is not re-compressed.

Can I undo a delete?

Yes. A deleted page is only dimmed until you save, so click it again to bring it back.
